Bitter Musical Sensory OVERLOAD!

For the last 3 or 4 days, I’ve been having some SERIOUS music ADHD, all surrounding the same general theme!  It’s been crazy because I’ve been jumping around all sides of my iTunes Library and I can never settle on one artist for long enough!  I thought a playlist would help but it only confuses me more, due to all the many mixed messages I get.
