I saw these at the Adidas Originals store on Queen Street last week.  I actually hate these a lot.  Sorry to say it but Jeremy Scott makes everything worse… with the exception of that leopard hoodie of his.

Adidas x Bionic Yarn

An assignment for my Graphic Communication class.  The idea was to take a retail store of my choice (Adidas) and fabricate some new sustainability initiative (implementation of Bionic Yarn).  Then I had to create the illustration that would go on their posters for this new initiative.  My idea was to show a Mother Nature/Gaia-esque character communing with nature and her Adidas Superstar sneakers, made from Bionic Yarn fibres (hence her holding the plastic bottle).  The poster would then be printed on canvas in washable inks such that the canvas could be reused to print other posters.
