“If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
Love never fails.”
- 1 Corinthians 13:1-8
Posts by other people? Reblogs? Quoting my excerpt in full? I suppose some gratitude is in order. Happy Valentine’s Day, my loves.

Fridays in February, it’s going down! RSVP via Facebook, Toronto!
2012, my friends, brings you On The Beat; the successor to Paul Chin Spins :)
Season 1 starts this month!
So, I’m starting a new illustration series (separate from thesis because screw that). I’m calling it In His Image. I will elaborate further at a later date but, for now, here is some work-in-progress.
Sol - Paul Chin
This one’s a little less of a gut-punch than the previous three but it’s also a giant leap out of my comfort zone and a step closer to a sound I’m trying to master. Happy Friday!
And yes, there’s a sequel to this.
This will be Saturday. This will be dope.
