As a Matter of Mental Health...
… two shifts in a row, closing at 10 then opening at 6, is horrific punishment.  Twice in one week is nothing short of torture. I honestly don’t know how anyone can be asked to do this.  Surely there are enough employees between the 4 stores to ensure crimes like this NEVER take place (unless someone’s masochistic like that). The things I do for money.

I'm off to my first night shift.
victoriajean: I haven’t done a night shift since school. The first night is always the hardest, but tonight is only an 8 hour shift not 12 so it’s not too bad. I really wish my jobs did 12 hour shifts though, because you get so much more time off. Oh well, you can’t always get everything you want.
